A quick update on the build guys.
She is all built and ready for paint - battle system installed.
I introduced her to the paint shop yesterday arvo and she is primered up and ready for custom blend of Vallejo Russian Green and Tamiya Olive Green.

Awesome mate,
I've got some pretty cool music to do a specific Russian armour video and your JS-2 will be the lead  ;D ;D

Thanks guys.
Looking forward to that Greg. We'll have to get all the Russian armour together for that one.

Well, the first coat is on - so it's time for a Macca's run while it dries  ;D ;D.

More pics soon.

The Cat killer is coming along nicely mate.  It is a really nice kit to build.  How do you go mixing Vellejo with Tamiya paint - I have read that they do not mix as they are quite different (although both are acrylic)?

I didn't end up mixing the Tami and Vallejo. I sprayed 2 coats of Vallejo Russian Green on her and then added a tiny bit of white to the Tamiya Olive and spray most the tank to break it up a bit.

Also, sprayed the tracks in good old Tamiya XF84 Dark Iron after a coat of primer.

I have managed to get some more done on her over the last couple of days. Here is where she is at now.
Still a little weathering to touch up on and some more rusting to do.
But she is BATTLE READY  ;D ;D ;D ;D
