Here are some pic's of my long on going HO scale copy of the cactus valley. It's been an on and off thing for ages now, really got ot get this thing done.

Hi Sollie

I like your idea of 'modular scenery' building.  I wish I'd thought of it when I built 'Heart of the South'.  Make sure you save some of your scenery stuff for a 1/16 th Tank diorama  :)

Sure will   :) , when me and my friend are having 'builders nights' we are talking about making a dio for his tank ,1/48 jagdpanter,
and maybe my 1/16 tiger when it's done, and in correct shape.

I use cheap styrofoam I get from work,build up the landscape and then just add some woodland scenic stuff untill I think I get it right. I think I have to add some more rocks to break up the scenery a bitt on that last one.

This dio makes me dream that some day I'll make stuff as good as this:
