1/48 Tamiya Hetzer
« on: April 28, 2017, 08:08:45 PM »
Trying to get motivated to finishing my pair of P IV's by starting out small. My first non sci-fi tank in well over 30 years  :o

Tamiya 1/48 Mid Production Hetzer.

Nice kit. Goes together really well and due to the diecast lower hull has a bit of weight to it otherwise you'd throw it over your shoulder when you picked it up. Paints are Gunze, Tamiya & Vallejo. Weathering products are AK Interactive, Vallejo & Tamiya.

Nice work Greg, when you've nailed the P IV's you can build a 1/16 Hetzer..... 8) 8)

Great to see you're getting back your mojo... :D

Cheers

Well done!  I am especially impressed by the camouflage.  How did you do such intricate work?
Please do show us your Panzer IV tanks, too, as you work on them.  And, indeed, I agree with Damo: maybe you can someday do that same Hetzer in 1/16.

Yeah - very nice mate - camo looks great.
Nice little Dio base for it as well.
