Project 1946.....
« on: September 18, 2017, 08:40:14 PM »
Ok started revamping my 1/16 Rc tamiya JP into a " What if " beast .
Its running Kingtiger running gear and sports a 105mm main gun, also having it running on Stadtgas.
Still goes a fair way to go yet.

Cheers Ken

Another brilliant Reaper project...!  Hmmm....  It's not a Pzkw e100; maybe a Pzkw e99?  By the way, Ken, the Panzerkommandant is wearing crossed braces, as shown in the photos from the rear.  Where did you come up with that fellow?

Thanks guys for the response... obviously " What If " tanks aren't popular on here.....lol

Doc the commander is a Verlinden figure.

Ok so I dropped the Stadtgas idea and decided to power it with the GT-103 Gas Turbine ..
I changed up the engine deck to the best of my ability based on a Paper Panzer Productions engine deck they do.
I think it will look ok once finished...

Cheers Ken

Keep em coming Ken, there is to much dolly stuff going on here on a RC Tank forum. Great to see an outside the box build.

How is the exhaust going to be configured ?

Cheers

Yeah and being a Jagd she is streamlined for minimum wind resistance,
that's what the d in Jagd is all about, less drag!

This is great mate be good to see a few more paper panzers!
