Not sure in what section to post up this kit, so I start here , and Admin move it to the right spot yeh :-)

Received a Nice Box today from Germany . My panther F

This is the 'rctank.de Edition'
 (with complete new upper hull with metal turret + new Taigen gun recoil unit + IR battle system + 360° turret system + Panther F steel wheels and tracks + latest steel gearboxes and smoke unit. Steel gearboxes 4.1 with bearings and 380 motors )

 No Paint and no electronics

This will be treated With an IBU3 , ore Clark TK60 and a DKLM-RC gearbox, just like my jagdtiger .

Now the texture on the metal parts is nice. . Weld beads are not bad either. Not a lot of work needed to texture the surface before you paint it .

Wheel details .

About the wheels, not sure ,but bearings.. probably not .

 They are , what seems press fitted , so I pulled once, and leave it be . They do spinn nice all though, and dont rub on each other ( I have a few on the jagd that wobbels a bit and rubb)

While I wait for the DKLM gearbox to turn up I will make a running video tomorrow with the 4/1 black gearbox's . Stock , and with a pr of JP 480 installed.

So turret is pritty much where I want it Paint wise. now to dust/mud..




But before that I started on the lower parts . Just was to remove a few Tools and such, but got carried away..

the 'PE' side Board is from Ludwigs' modelbau

Today's work, and we are close to primer stage

 Removed some tools and 'putty'd the holes. Made small support strips and Glued on a few PE fenders. ( with damage) Made a few track track hanger pins.
 And removed a pc of sideboard on one side.
