She's a Dynam foamie chap, not hard to find them on the net.
Still haven't flown her as I'm away for a another couple of weeks.
I'm pretty keen now after all the Cat viewing I've been getting of late!

Qantas used to have a flying boat base on the swan river during WW2,they held the record for the longest flight routes between Australia (Perth) to Ceylon (Koggala) this route was known as the double sunrise route typically 24-31hrs in duration over the Indian ocean.

General Discussion / Tankfest 2017
« Last post by scalawag on Yesterday at 05:35:50 PM »
I was able to get along to Tankfest at The Tank Museum, Bovington again this year.  I only went for the Sunday this year, but managed to see everything still I think.
There was a working Jagdpanther there for the first time this year, and I have to say the Museum have done a great job of there new Tiger exhibition which includes the Elephant on lone from the US.  Awesome to see 5 Tigers of different types all in the same space.

There are a couple of pics too of the 1/6 RC tanks display by Armourtek.

Here is a selection of pics I took on Sunday.

Thanks

Paul

General Discussion / Worthing Model Tank Club at Armed Forces Day, Worthing.

Hi All,

There is no club section for the UK club I now belong to, so I thought I would post pics of our latest meet here instead.

Last Saturday we attended the Armed Forces Day celebrations in worthing.  We had a display of our tanks and a village/running area.  Sadly the good old English weather let us down a bit and we had a damp morning with wind all day.  Still lots of interest in what we were doing though and we had a laugh so a good day all round really.

Thanks

Paul
