Looking great Gra, something about the short barrel and the
squat nature of her gives her a real aggressive look, well done!

Many thanks again guys  :D

well i thought the Stug E needed some crew members  8), so i grab a couple of HL TC figures to use, I wanted an early look (uniform not SS) as this stug was infantry support vehicle and not in a tank regiment. (not sure if thats correct or not)
moved arms to suit the hull and one holding the hatch open for a shield, moved a head, cut of the caps and placed helmets on them and made some binoculars for the TC.
painted up the uniforms, bit hard to make a difference between both (surprised how good the HL detail actually is), as i said before I'm not a painter, got my trusty spray can out for the field grey colour and then did the detail and weathering with brushes, i hate painting faces and those with a keen eye will see i haven't painted the eyes in as i didn't want the Marty Feldman look LOL. I just painted the uniforms as I thought they would look (probably not historical accuracy), also added some spare tracks and road wheels to the front of the Stug.

just a few pics for you  ;D ;D

Thanks Leo, the Stug/crew looks better than the pics, as I say I'm not a master painter but it certainly adds a lot more character to the Stug

Cheers

Nice work Graham. For a bloke who's "not a painter" you've done a pretty good job. I always think figures add a bit of life to tanks and are well worth the effort.  ;D

Yeah great job Gra, figures are an art in themselves and they look like the part
