Just a quick test run on my in work Tank walk.

I still have 1 straight  and 2 turns to build

I used building foam. let it expand and dry, then cut to shape

Maxmekker,

You have set me to thinking: hmmm....  I have an extra can or two of the expandable foam about the place.  (Of course, I am in the middle of a 1/35 project, the UDT boat, so this will be just an idea.  I'll have to go back to www.livelongenoughtofinishprojects.org so I can reset my lifeline for 147 years.) 

I checked: -14oC is a bit less than 7oF.  Just right: the ground and snow will stay frozen so tanks can be run safely on snow and stay dry.

Ouch wouldn't be first model or real one for that matter to drive off a bridge / table etc good job mate!  8)
