Hi All   Justa few pics of my Tanks that sadly don't get out much !  An Abrams and a couple of Tigers 1/16 scale   The Tigers are Taigen and have the all metal turret, wheels tracks and a few other metal detail bits.....The late tiger is a heavy brute at just under 8 KG with added bracing that really does stop any chassis flexing here is a pic of the bracing I added

cheers
Just a few pics of my two new crew so I now have 3 for the Challenger 2

Cheers guys and luvin it  :)

Herzliches Wilkommen, Mark "jeman"!  Those are fine, fine models  Thank you for posting the photos..  While I do like the Abrams, I have to admit that the Tiger is quite interesting with the figures and that bag for ammunition.

Thanks Chris, appreciate all the feedback from you guys, and here's a few more pics and a couple of the bridge I made and since the pics were taken has now had weathering added to it.  The crates I made and my wife did the German flag for me  :)

Cheers guys

With one Tiger, your bridge makes a diorama in itself.  I see two different road surfaces.  I (and probably others) would be interested in knowing how you constructed the bridge.

Thanks very much for the comments guys !  The Bridge base was made from believe it or not.......a babies cot ! (unused lol ) It looked perfect for the beams going underneath......... and the iron girders are made from wood that I cut to size. The top end plates are just cut from plastic, and I then added the side girders for the main frame of the bridge to sit into. The road surface is skateboard grip that I have yet to were down and weather as not to be too harsh on the Tank Tracks.  I must say that a Bridge does add a certain dimension and I never thought of using it as a diorama/display for my tanks..........but will do now !

Cheers

Hi Guys   Just a couple of pics of my new tank that I will be picking up in a couple of weeks..............Its a 1/6 challenger 2 by Mark-1-Tanks and I must say I'm really impressed with it. I went to see it today so heres a couple of pics.  It has the Sound, Smoke, Fast  rotating Turret, Recoil barrel and is set up for pyros so all in all a well sorted Tank. All I need to do is get it painted as its primed ready for paint. Its had some nice detail added to it by the current owner including all metal fenders and a few other nice detailed bits. The fuel drums on the rear are also upgraded full metal ones.   The last picture is the challenger next to a 1/8 Abrams and I thought the Abrams was big !  Might also be getting a 12inch figure for it but I will wait and see.

Cheers

You are going to need a larger garage.  If you were here in the US, I fear the FBI, CIA, and Homeland Security would be watching you.  What fun you will have with that great beastie!
